DESCRIPTION
Is your actuator stuck and your positioner giving you the dreaded "ERR" error? If so, you may need a new reed switch for your Superjack Actuator (18-inch, 24-inch, 30-inch, 36-inch and 48-inch).
Why spend money on a new actuator? Simply swap the reed switch and your actuator jack will be as good as new!
Note: Works for both heavy-duty (2-inch tube) and regular-duty (1.5-inch tube) actuators.
Note: Fixes problems related to "ERR" errors. The reed switch generates the electrical pulses counted by the controller. If it fails, the positioner will refuse to move your dish in both directions.
Note: If your dish moves in only one direction and gives the "ERR" error in the other, chances are good that your positioner transformer is dead instead, and replacing the reed switch will NOT help.
